Stephen Brown is the Co-Founder of Titan Real Estate in 2006. Stephen is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas and a licensed real estate appraiser. Stephen was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas and moved to Austin, Texas where he attained a degree in Liberal Arts and a minor in Business Foundations from the University of Texas. During his tenure at the University of Texas, he was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity and a member of the Silver Spurs. As a member of the Silver Spurs he was one of 4 selected to have the honor of handling for the mascot, Bevo. Before starting Titan Real Estate in 2006, Stephen worked in both commercial real estate and real estate appraisal. After starting Titan in 2006, with Dustin Riggs, Stephen has successfully built a reputable real estate firm offering a full service red-carpet feel for clients in the Greater Austin area.
Stephen is actively involved in the community with Meals on Wheels, is a chairman for the Cattle Barron’s Ball, is a board member of the Silver Spurs Alumni, a member of the Austin Young Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin and is a member of the Camp Longhorns Special Friends and Alumni.

DUSTIN RIGGS
CO-FOUNDER
Dustin Riggs is the co-founder of Titan Real Estate, since 2006. He is a State Licensed Appraiser and licensed Real Estate Salesperson. His real estate experience ranges widely across many disciplines and property types.
Dustin is originally from Lubbock, TX and moved to Austin in pursuit of an education and an interest in State politics. After working on political campaigns in 2002 and 2004, he began working in real estate with small investment properties. Quickly, one thing led to another and in 2006 he and Stephen Brown co-founded Titan.
While spending most of his time working on projects for Titan, Dustin has volunteered for industry organizations, community involvement, and participating in Austin’s film and music scenes.

MARK JACKSON
PRINCIPAL & APPRAISER ASSOCIATE
Mark Jackson is a licensed Sr. appraiser for Titan Valuation. He has been appraising full time since 2005. His appraisal experience includes, but is not limited to: single family housing, investment properties, vacant land, multi-family properties, as well as 100+acre ranches.
He is also a principal owner of Titan Capital Management with responsibilities including the maintenance and upkeep of multiple properties.
He previously owned a mortgage credit reporting agency from the early 1990’s until 2005. He has been a property owner and involved in Real Estate in the Austin area for 20+years.
A native Texas from West Texas, he graduated from Permian High School in 1986 and attended the University of Texas.
Mark stays active in his community on the neighborhood watch, supports the University of Texas Racquetball Club, and participates in the MS150 & Livestrong fund raising events.

ANDRÉ SUISSA MAI
PRINCIPAL AND CHIEF APPRAISER
André Suissa is a Principal and Co-Founder of Titan Commercial Valuation LLC and a native Texan born and raised in South Padre Island. In May 2007, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Economics and Business from Colorado College in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Within the shortest time allowable, André became the youngest in Texas to obtain his general certified appraiser’s license. He obtained his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in December 2011 and is believed to have set the record for youngest MAI. André is versed in appraising a wide variety of property types including but not limited to: Airplane Hangar, Condominiums, Convenience Stores, Ground Leases, Hotel/Motel, Industrial (Flex/Warehouse), Medical Office, Mixed-Use, Multi-Family, Office, Restaurant, Retail, Single-Family, Student Apartment, Subdivision, Special-Purpose (cemetery, veterinary clinic, golf course driving range, quarry), and Vacant Land (raw, entitled, developed, etc.)
André is also involved in various civic and professional associations as follows: the President of The Shore condominiums, 192-unit downtown high-rise with a $1 million budget, the Treasure of the Rainey Neighbors Association, which he helped found in February 2011, a member of the Urban Land Institute, an activist with the Anti-Defamation League.

DOUGLAS BURTON
SENIOR APPRAISER
Douglas Burton began appraising in 2001 and has since appraised over 5,000 residential homes. Doug has been a certified residential appraiser since 2004 and has a wide range of appraisal experience. He specializes in luxury homes, waterfront properties (including the nuances of Lake Travis), complex properties, income-producing properties, land, and pre-construction appraisals. Doug focuses his appraisals in South Austin and the surrounding Downtown neighborhoods, but has appraised all over Central Texas.
Between 2009 and 2012, Doug performed several forensic investigations assignments and became familiar with the review and litigation side of appraising. In addition to the market value appraisals for clientele, Doug has also performed roughly 600 cost valuations for insurance companies and is very familiar with construction features, methods, and materials. Recently, Doug has gained minor experience in commercial appraising and is currently pursuing his license as a real estate agent to supplement his real estate background.

JULI RIGGS

Juli Riggs has been the Director of Operations of Titan Real Estate since June 2012. She moved to Austin in 2003 to attend The University of Texas where she obtained her Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from the McComb’s School of Business. Juli is also a Realtor for Titan and has been a licensed agent since 2009.

TODD MILLIGAN
PRINCIPAL AND SENIOR APPRAISER
Todd Milligan is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Texas and is currently pursuing the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Milligan has over eight years of experience in property valuation. Mr. Milligan has an extensive background in the valuation of investment and user-based specialized real estate. He has appraised properties throughout the State of Texas and the United States. Appraisal purposes have included property tax, financial reporting, financing, purchase or sale, insurance, fair rental, condemnation, and donation. More recently, Mr. Milligan has performed appraisal assignments for lending purposes for a variety of community and regional banks throughout the entire State of Texas. Advisory services performed by Mr. Milligan have included appraisal review, market research, appraisal management, and offer/option analysis. Properties he has appraised, or has assisted in valuing, include land; commercial real estate including industrial, office, retail center, and mixed-use; and special-purpose properties including service stations, restaurants, and hotels/motels.
Mr. Milligan is a member of the following real estate organizations: International Right of Way Association, Appraisal Institute, National Association of Realtors, CCIM Institute, Urban Land Institute, and US Green Building Council. Todd currently holds the LEED AP Building Design and Construction credential. Todd is involved as a mentor with Explore Austin, a mentoring and outdoor adventure program for 6th through 12th grade underserved youth. He is an active member of the Austin Young Chamber and Health Alliance for Austin Musicians non-profit organizations.

JOSEPH PETTYJOHN

Contractual work for brokers, builders, architects, designers and developers over the years has allowed Joseph Pettyjohn to gain valuable insight to Texas Real Estate practices. Prior to joining Titan, Joe worked in the Travel Industry designing brochures and photographing for various projects throughout Texas and the world. After which, Joe moved back in Texas on a more permanent basis just finishing as the Sales Coordinator and marketing consultant for Al Coker and Associates at The Shore in downtown Austin.
A few local projects Joe has vast experience with include: The Four Seasons Residences, Escondera, Marshall's Ranch, The Hyatt, The Monarch, The Sabine in Austin and Alteza in San Antonio. BETH PHARRIS
APPRAISER ASSOCIATE
Beth Phariss is an Appraiser Trainee for Titan Commercial Valuation; a native Texan born and raised in a suburb of Houston called Deer Park. In 2003, she relocated to San Marcos to attend Texas State University, where she obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Education with a specialization in Mathematics in 2005. After college, she moved to Austin where she has resided for the past eight years.
Prior to starting her career in real estate appraisal, Beth worked in procurement for a public safety equipment distributor. After recognizing her passion for real estate she decided to pursue a career in real estate appraisal. In May of 2013, she joined the Titan Valuation team as a real estate appraiser trainee, while she continues to work toward becoming a Certified General Appraiser.

JOSH KING

Joshua King is a native Austinite, born in 1970, who for the past 10 years has taken refuge in the Hill Country. He is a licensed real estate appraiser and has been actively appraising in and around Austin, San Antonio and the Hill Country since 2005 and is at home and well versed in these diverse markets.
Previously he owned his own title abstracting business covering all of central Texas. He studied creative writing, drawing, acting and philosophy at the University of Texas is a licensed barber, an accomplished musician and has travelled extensively abroad.

Jason Wampler is a licensed real estate appraiser for Titan Real Estate. Mr. Wampler has worked in the Austin metro service area since 1997. ROBERT HARRISON

Robert Harrison is a licensed broker in Commercial and Residential Real Estate as well as an expert in the helping of arranging financing through Portfolio banks and lenders for both residential and commercial properties. Robert is known for being creative to help buyers achieve the dream of home ownership or acquiring and financing of commercial property. He is able to take all aspects of the buying or selling process from start to finish without help from 3rd parties that often can cause competitors to lose control of transactions. LANCE ZWIENER

Lance Zwiener is a Texas licensed real estate appraiser and has been in the industry since 2006. Mr. Zwiener specializes in one to four family residential properties as well as vacant land in Travis, Williamson, Hays, and surrounding counties.
Lance Zwiener’s experience includes: mortgage, relocation, litigation, construction and tax appeal appraisals. Lance’s also excels at maintaining client-relations, generating leads, and client prospecting. Lance has also been beneficial in training new employees in software, regulations and company policies and procedures.

JEFF LIU
APPRAISER ASSOCIATE
Jeff Liu joined Titan Valuation as a commercial appraiser trainee in May 2013. His academic background in City and Regional Planning and previous work experience makes him well versed in the research and the valuation process of commercial appraisal assignments. Before joining Titan, Jeff worked at a commercial brokerage firm in Dallas that focused on tenant representation, allowing him to gain an in-depth knowledge of the various submarkets in north central Dallas. He also worked at a commercial appraisal firm that specializes in litigation support and consulting.
Jeff received his Masters of City and Regional Planning from the University of Texas at Arlington in August 2013. The primary areas of studies were land development and urban structure. His thesis was on the development patterns of inner-ring suburbs, exburbs, and central cities within metropolitan regions.
During his time at Titan Valuation, Jeff has assisted on appraisal reports in Austin, Killeen, Dallas, San Antonio, and the Rio Grande Valley. These assignments range from office to restaurants to retail to residential subdivisions. He continues taking classes in his journey to obtain his MAI designation.
