Beth Phariss
APPRAISER ASSOCIATE
Beth Phariss is an Appraiser Trainee for Titan Commercial Valuation; a native Texan born and raised in a suburb of Houston called Deer Park. In 2003, she relocated to San Marcos to attend Texas State University, where she obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Education with a specialization in Mathematics in 2005. After college, she moved to Austin where she has resided for the past eight years.
Prior to starting her career in real estate appraisal, Beth worked in procurement for a public safety equipment distributor. After recognizing her passion for real estate she decided to pursue a career in real estate appraisal. In May of 2013, she joined the Titan Valuation team as a real estate appraiser trainee, while she continues to work toward becoming a Certified General Appraiser.
Beth has assisted Todd and Andre with a variety of appraisals in the greater central Texas area, including but not limited to: Hotel/Motel, Industrial (Flex/Warehouse), Medical Office, Office, Restaurant, Retail, Single-Family, Subdivision, and Vacant Land (raw, entitled, developed, etc.)
