André Suissa is a Principal and Co-Founder of Titan Commercial Valuation LLC and a native Texan born and raised in South Padre Island. In May 2007, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Economics and Business from Colorado College in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Within the shortest time allowable, André became the youngest in Texas to obtain his general certified appraiser’s license. He obtained his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in December 2011 and is believed to have set the record for youngest MAI. André is versed in appraising a wide variety of property types including but not limited to: Airplane Hangar, Condominiums, Convenience Stores, Ground Leases, Hotel/Motel, Industrial (Flex/Warehouse), Medical Office, Mixed-Use, Multi-Family, Office, Restaurant, Retail, Single-Family, Student Apartment, Subdivision, Special-Purpose (cemetery, veterinary clinic, golf course driving range, quarry), and Vacant Land (raw, entitled, developed, etc.)
André is also involved in various civic and professional associations as follows: the President of The Shore condominiums, 192-unit downtown high-rise with a $1 million budget, the Treasure of the Rainey Neighbors Association, which he helped found in February 2011, a member of the Urban Land Institute, an activist with the Anti-Defamation League.
